A polite word about response times. Please don’t get angry if I don’t respond to your emails immediately. I don’t get emails sent to my mobile phone, otherwise it would be pinging at me every five minutes. As well as doing this for work, I also have a home to run, a garden to look after, many interests and hobbies and a partner.
